Habs always work well, remember the other Scott's hab
vodka at the hotluck? They also work well in ouzo. Cut
them in half for two reasons, they fit in the bottle that way,
and to prevent mold on the inside.
You might consider whether the people will want to drink
it right away, or are willing to let it age. If you make it far
enough in advance so it has a chance to age, the peppers
will tend to blanche out to a pale ivory cream color.
