[CH] fried turkey

After finally convincing my wife that I NEEDED a turkey fryer, I find myself
ready to fry without any decent recipes. I have the injector, but passed on
the overpriced marinades ... I figured some of you would have some
tried-and-true recipes that would beat the store-bought stuff.
Unfortunately, I have to keep them toned down for the family, so I'll be
adding the kick to my own servings.

Any help would be appreciated.
