Thanks, Folks. I was beginning to wonder.

Now, a question: Will chiles, particularly Habanero and Pasilla, bear fruit
continuously and indefinitely in a warm southern climate such as South Florida
or South Texas?

Our climate would be south Florida.
Pasilla needs to be started early in season for a good  crop
Habaneros seem to produce tiny heatless fruit in winter
