I found this article on hot sauce and bacteria (and fire ants) on Chef
Emeril Lagasse's web page.  It was pretty interesting.  I guess I'll
have to eat more hot sauce (like that would have been a problem).  The

you find it as entertaining and useful as I did.

ps:  Emeril sells his own brand of hot sauce on his website now.  Has
anybody tried it yet?
