One of my favorites is to sprinkle melons, honeydew, cantaloupes, etc, with
chile powder.  Wonderful!  Mary came up with that while denying she's into
hot as much as me!  Go figure!  Try it on French Toast with maple syrup...
;)  If you run out of homemade there are a number of excellent chile powder
(and everything else) sources on this list.  Two of my favorites are Jim's
Apple Smoked Savina Hab, and Calvin's powder.
