Hi CHers... this piece was forwarded to me by a friend who knows I'm a food
writer but Texas cooking is not my field of expertise. I figured someone on
this list would like to write some things for this list and earn a little
bit of pepper-buying money in the process.

Hello:
We operate a small content website at http://www.texascooking.com -- Texas
Cooking. Our website specializes in recipes and information about
traditional Texas foods.

We seek a writer/chef who can write articles about Tex-Mex food, like
enchiladas, flautas, caldo, mexican desserts and drinks. I am looking for a
regular monthly writer, but will accept work on an infrequent basis.

We currently have writers for bbq/chili and desserts. Look through the
articles on the website to get a feel of what we are looking for. If you are
interested in this, or in submitting free-lance work on additional topics,
you can e-mail me at labinski@texascooking.com

We pay $50-$125 per piece. Submissions may be previously published.
