Luke, i like both La Costena & the Embassa brands for chipotles. LC is more consistent in the quality department ; Embassa usually has slightly hotter chiles ... but i can always add heat !! : ) so my preference is LC. cheaper too! as for San Marcos ?? never seen 'em here in the dark , cold , frozen northern wastelands .... ; ) i.e. Vancouver regards peter g
