Xanthan Gum is made from environmentally safe polysaccharides, so it is
completely non-toxic.It is soluble in cold or hot water, but not soluble
in organic solvent.

     Uses:

          EMULSIFIER
          LUBRICANT
          SUSPENDING AGENT
          THICKENER
