There is another brand I recently came across, called La Valentina. Very
nice flavor, medium hotness. My friend Joe uses it when frying chicken-- dip
raw chicken in La Valentina, dredge in flour to coat. Pan fry as usual. I
can only usually eat 6 or 7 pieces before he stops me... :^)

La Valentina is a type of sauce which is called a "Snack" sauce in Mexico.
Valentina is the oldest producer of this kind of sauce, with 60 years in
production. Though good, I would like to know if any of you have come
across "La Sabrozita", a snack sauce made in Monterrey, Mexico. This sauce
has been in the market for only 6 years and has pushed Valentina out of the
market in Northern Mexico.

Thanks!
