I found a great line of hot sauces at the Bayou country general store in the old Jax beer buildingmade by Hot damn called Purgatory pepper sauce. Ihaven't tried all 10 sauces yet but the Cat Scratch Fever was really good as was the Garlic-A-Holic. well worth the effort to track them down.
