Well Bob, this is typical of my cooking style.  I squeeze some limes, each 
one equals about 2 tablespoons of juice.  Add some chopped garlic a few close 
finely chopped.  Habanaros well sometimes I use fresh chopped finely, but I 
prefer the fragrance achoooo of Jim's Applewood smoked Hab chiles. I add some 
meaning a little, cilantro roots pounded in mortor/pestle action if I have 
them.  They add a unique taste to the blend. This is a mix, taste, adjust 
taste thang.  It should be a balance of garlic-heat-sour of lime so the taste 
is of oneness!  Sometimes I add a dash of salt to even it out.
