Just by coincidence the other day I looked at a box of TSP and did a
double-take--it said "Phosphate Free".
Na3PO4, per above, is TriSodium Phosphate.  The box listed the primary
ingredient as Sodium Carbonate, which is old fashioned washing soda  (also
has some more complex carbonates).  No TSP in it!

So, if you plan on using TSP, you better buy something other that TSP brand
cleaner, it's not the same thing anymore.

Stick with bleach.
