Congratulations, you got your name in TV Guide. I got the info off the 'net. The gory details follow:

As my cable system doesn't carry the food network, I selected:
Provider > DIRECTTV > Eastern Time
Date/Time: March 11, 9:00 PM
For the Food Network Channel listing for 9:00, I clicked on "Eat the heat", and got a popup window with the details. I selected all, and copied into the email (I had to manually adjust the formatting, as the popup formatting used a table.)
Can't wait to see you making that hummus -- I'm getting hungry just thinking about it!
