CH Friends,

For all CHs that get the FOOD Channel and haven't already seen it, I strongly recommend "Eat The Heat".  It aired first at 9 p.m. tonight (EST), and it repeats at midnight, and then again the following Saturday, March 17, at 4 p.m. 

It is really most excellently done, Karen and Stuart Zanger deserve much congrats for producing this show.  The NJ hotluck appears at the end. (Stuart directed the taping and did the interviews, and became a CH himself.)
