Spicy Creamy Pasta
Prep and cooking time 15 minutes!
Serves 2

Two handfuls of mushrooms sliced
1 yellow cayenne Chile pepper diced or more to taste and level of heat in the
cayenne
12-18 cloves of roasted garlic chopped
1 small onion cut in half and sliced thinly
3 slices of prosciutto julienned
Jim's Smoked Chipotle Powder -- Sprinkle to taste

1 jar (16 oz) Roasted Garlic Alfredo Sauce (Classico) or make your own

6 oz. Thai Spice Fettuccine Pasta (Trader Joe's)

Fry the julienned proscuitto in a little canola oil, stir to keep from
burning and sticking, add onions, stir and cook a minute, add the mushrooms,
roasted garlic and Chiles.

Finish with Jim’s wonderful Smoked Chipotle powder to taste

Fry a bit and add the drained pasta, toss and brown a touch. Add the 16 oz
of Roasted Garlic Alfredo Sauce.
Frying pasta greatly improves the flavor. This is a traditional Italian
method.

My hubby often has a late flight in and wants something to eat. This works
fast and is very tasty. You can serve it as a side for 4 with fish or
grilled chicken. It also is great with a nice grilled sausage for a heavier
meal. I like it served with a nice tossed baby lettuce salad.
