Here's my version of a recipe from the Harvey's Supermarkets website:

Texafornia Garlic-Olive Dip
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
1 pkg. Neufchatel (8 oz.), softened
3 Tbsp sour cream
1 tsp chili powder [Aussies on PagTen, that's the
     American stuff with cumin and oregano, not
        just powdered chiles]
1 tsp grated onion
Finely minced chiles to taste--fellow chileheads, try two
  habaneros, seeded
1/2-2/3 cup chopped or sliced ripe olives
1/4 cup chunky salsa or picante sauce
 roasted garlic to taste
A little salt if there's none in the chili powder
cracked black pepper
Beat softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.  Add other
ingredients, squeezing roasted garlic from cloves, and mix well.  Chill
overnight to blend flavors.  Serve with unsalted corn chips, or roll a
dab up in a tortilla with pinto beans, diced tomato and a little shredded
lettuce.
