  That worked well for us on our honeymoon a few years ago up in the Great
White North.  The only drawback was the credit card company calling to verify
that it was us using the card to rack up all the charges in a far-off land.
Spent about fifteen minutes on the phone going over receipts.  But it's nice
to know they actually pay attention to things like that.
