First off there's never just one----trust me :-)

I had a similar experience only it was RATS!  Our area is infested with them. 
 They love the fruit and walnut trees, not to mention the swimming pools.  
Hey such a life!  We must keep bait station around at all times as they enter 
the attics and houses.

Where is this the area you ask?  Oh, rats how disgusting............it's not 
Harlem or the inner cities, it's one of the most affluent areas in the San 
Francisco Bay Area!  LOL Average house is well over $1M and it comes complete 
with Chile Pepper rodents as in RATS!
