[CH] Making hot sauce and salsa for charity

Let me start out by saying this newsgroup is a god send for me. I have asked
and read and all you pods are something else. But at last I need your help
again. I am a professional magician and do lots of charity work(especially
for kids). I also love to make salsas and hot sauce and have won a few
awards(San Antonio's Salsa Showdown and Chilympiad). So here we go I have
been approached to make salsa and the hot sauce for the Make A Wish
Foundation for events as a fund raiser. How would I go about getting it
bottle for them to sell? If I bottle it, what are the legal requirements for
this as they want to put their logo on it. I know some of you bottle for
profit, but I would love to do this for charity, if all possible. Thanks in
