If you (or the foundation) can pay the shipping, I'll be happy to
provide some Chile Man hot sauce and salsa.  All products are bottled in
our commercial kitchen (w/ FDA inspection), so these are all approved,
shelf-stable products.

Check the Web site (below) to see what we offer; we have more than 20
products to choose from.

Make A Wish is one of my favorite charities, and I've contributed a few
times before.
