The second annual Hot & Spicy Festival will be held on Sunday May 20, 2001
from 1:00 to 4:00. It will be held on Strawberry Square in Harrisburg PA. We
will be displaying, sampling, and selling. If anyone is interested, please
contact me. Or, Joanne at the Keystone residence at 717-541-4354 if anyone
wants info about booths.
On Saturday May 26, 2001 is the York Jaycees 12th Annual Chili Cook-off at
the York fairgrounds in York, PA.
It is an open event as well as a CASI event. This is a big time event with
lots of chili and salsa.
BTW, I took a first place in last weeks CASI event in Accokeek, MD. My biz
partner Lew finished 8th. The winning recipe can be viewed on our site.
