After all this talk of Cave Creek Chile Beer, I've decided to go to Arizona and
check the stuff out. (Also, as far as I know, not a drop of the stuff is made
in my home state of Wisconsin). I'm leaving Saturday morning (May 20). While
I'm in the Phoenix area, are there any hot spots I shouldn't miss? What are
the local microbrews, if any?

I'll also consider stopping at places along the way, especially if they're not
too far off the freeway. We'll be going through Tulsa (OK), Oklahoma City
(OK), Amarillo (TX), Albuquerque (NM), Flagstaff (AZ), and of course, Cave
Creek (AZ), to name a few.

PS Actually, I'm only kidding about taking this trip for the chile beer.
We've been planning this trip as a family vacation for months. I've had the
Chile Beer and it aint bad if you keep in mind that it's just a cheap lager
with a serrano in the bottle. One of these years I'll try making my own with a
good base beer and roasted chiles of some sort.
