Jim,

Just bought a dehydrator.  I am going to dry various varieties and colors of 
this years Tomatoes that will be sprinkled with Applewood Smoked Habanero, or 
your Chipotle and I might add a little garlic or sesame seeds to some.  
Doesn't this sound like a great snack treat, as well as being able to have 
green, yellow, orange, white, black, purple, and red seasoned tomato "chips?" 
 I'll keep them in tight jars and I can serve them as a hot snack, or grind 
up and use the hot powdered tomatoes to season sauces, soups, dips, etc.
