Sorry for the late jump in here.... "Morita" is rapidly becomming one of those generic terms for any lesser grade chipotle. Rarely am I finding it used in conjuction with serranos anymore. Sigh... just what is needed- more confusion in chile pepper names. -Jim C Mild to Wild
