Hi everyone:

I usually only delurk when I've got travelling to do, which is now. But I'll
throw in a recipe as thanks!

First, the business: Got to go to Lexington, Kentucky; New York (Manhattan),
and Montreal in the next two months. Suggestions for hot food, especially
ethnic oriented (Burmese, Ethiopian, Afghani)? I've got lots of Korean,
Mexican, Thai here (Atlanta), so the more adventurous the better. Throw in
any markets or shops I should visit as well. I realize Lexington may not be
a bastion of heat, so all suggestions welcome!

Okay, here's the recipe. Or at least a description: Mango-Brie Quesadillas.
Basically, slice some mangos thin, slice some brie thin, slap 'em between
tortillas with chile of choice (hab!), and brown both sides. I had this at a
restaurant in Key West, whose name I can't remember (I believe it is on
Simonton, and fairly new. They didn't add the chiles through). At home, I've
tried it with shrimp and spinach added as well. My Mom likes it with other
fruits added (and alas, minus the chile).

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Sarah
