Chuy's ain't that bad. It's not the greatest Tex-Mex around but it's solid,
reliable and they've got a sense of fun. Great place for lunch and where
else are you going to find an Elvis shrine in a Tex-Mex place? Besides every
Sept. is green chile month -- fresh roasted NMex chiles for sale and special
green chile dishes.
