My wife Diane made the Jalepeno Pesto last night for dinner. Wow! it was fantastic, very flavorful. Since we have an abundance of fresh parsely, she used that instead of cilantro. I wonder how it would be with some basil mixed in? Anyone got a good Jalepeno Popper recipe??
