How do you feel about Lovebirds? My wife has one that screams in my left ear
far too much while I'm on the computer. Sometimes I have to move her out of
the room (the bird, I mean). Looking to adopt any new birds? Where are you,
and how far will you drive to pick her up??? ;-)

Don't worry about the current state of the list. There are some topics that
seem to spring up annually with the different seasons. Keeping "pests" out of
the garden is just one of these naturally recurring themes. Please don't let
it influence your opinion of the list in general; it'll pass as quickly as it
began. In fact, I'm surprised (and I'm sure I'm not at all alone) that it
lasted as long as it did (past tense; I'm an optimist!). In short, welcome
aboard, and please give the long term list folks here a chance to show you how
they got us not-so-long-term folks hooked on it.
