Hi, all -

I've had my seedlings out in the garden for about three weeks and they have
barely grown at all. Here in New York the weather didn't really warm up
until about a week ago, and I suspect that all that time spent sitting out
in the cold was not particularly conducive to growth. I would think that
they would have taken off shortly after the weather improved, but such is
not the case. I've given them one helping of fish emulsion for fertilizer.
Some of the plants have buds on them in their bonsai state.

Any thoughts?
