Hey Michael!

I checked Amazon.com here in the USA and they say the book will
be available in August. Furthermore it has a different ISBN number
from the Kangaroo Press version and is listed at 160 pages vs. the
puny 146 pages in the autographed copy which you sent to me.

I'm going to put an Amazon link at my bookstore and maybe I'll
write a review since I'm listed as a source in the book. I could start
it with: "I had never been mentioned in the same sentence as an
axe murderer before this book"<VBG>.
