Hi All, My daughter has just returned from a Farmers' Market with a jar of Aubergine and Chile chutney. She tells me that it is really good (but expensive - 4 UK pounds a jat).. Does anyone have a recipe for a chutney like this? Thanks, Ron Hill (In the East of England)
