Hi everyone,

Today (sunday 8th of July) is our son's 3rd birthday. Funny fact is that my
deceased grandfather was also born on the 8th. But sunday is Marcello's
birthday. That means a lot of people in the house, lots of fun and good
(spicy) food. All our family and friends get together and eat Bami (fried
noodles) and chicken a la Jan (my uncle's special recipe), Gado Gado
(Indonesian vegetabledish) and Sate. Yummy!!!!!!

I hope everyone's plants are doing well and are blessed with lots of
peppers. BTW, Tara, is the Black Cuban the same as Black Namaqualand? The
plants look so very much the same. Beautiful purple leaves and purple
blossoms. Michele in Bari, what odd peppers are on the Cerasella. They look
like the Jingle Bells.

The ladybugs hatched and are now true ladybugs which means they have a red
coat and black dots on their backs. Boy, did they look weird as larvae! But
they now eat the rest of those *&%#@$ aphids. Thank El Grande!

Well, have a good weekend!

Miss Dewi
