Thanks for the research and suggestions! I hadn't thought of using it in
rice, but I had imagined using it in a ramen or even like bacon bits over a
salad. Looks like it could slip right into a curry, too.
It doesn't taste very peppery by itself, but there must be a lot of
different versions of it out there.
YKYACHI you can travel the world and in any language, you can ask for
peppers even if you wouldn't know how to ask for a meal.
