Virginia, yes, chiles are great when you  have a cold or flu bug. I just had
a cold and between the chiles and all the fruit I've been eating, it has
gone away pretty quickly. DH's is still hanging in there after 1-1/2 weeks.
Hee Hee Hee...maybe he should eat more chiles!
