[CH] Chile seasoned booze

Well since everyone seems to be talking about chile-beer and chile-vodka I
thought I'd throw my bit in ... For cooking I have found that pepper infused
sherry makes a good addition to soups etc... I take a bottle of sherry and
add peppers of choice into the bottle and let sit. It adds a nice flavor to
soups and stocks as well as adding a bit of a kick.
