   Sure, it's done all the time by folks who wear the "moon suits"
like the people who handle toxic waste.  16 million scovilles is nothing
to sneeze at and is indeed very hazardous to the unprotected.

   There are products on the market like Pure Cap, but I think it's *only*
around 2 million scovilles, IIRC.  There are also numerous ways to
try and extract the capsaicin at home, to a less refined degree than
laboratories use, but I can't recommend them as I haven't tried any... yet.
