well, gosh, what's a guy to do?   Use to be where i'd just pull out a 
big ole can of 40W non-detergent motor oil (pronounced "earl" down 
south..."moterearl"), whip out the Twister game, and get down to it...

i'm just trying to be heath conscious nowadays...
