Magazine has an Article on Hatch New Mexico with a recipe for Chiles Rellenos on page 72,. al;so an
interesting recipe for mongolian stewed Garlic on page 48 ( when time permits I'll make this and Chile-fy it
Boneless Chicken breasts with Red Chile Sauce on page 100..
Its really quite a good magazine (well this issue is anyway) Standard Disclaimers apply.
If push comes to shove I may cut the pages out and scan them thru my fax/printer/ b/w scanner rather
than typing, after reading the instruction manual..

I have about 60 Chile-tepin pods (Tx sourced seed 1n 97)
and
some Brasilian Manzanos (sourced in Woolgoolga last yr)
which i will de-seed expecting 200+ seeds, these are a red Manzano shaped like a fat Jalapeno 3 inches
long (75) mm 1 1/4 inches (30) mm n diameter,
The Manzanos I can grow, these came from my mother who has a greener thumb than me, (she also has
Fruit Fly) The Tepins also came from her , These I have had much trouble growing and I live in a warmer
area than her..
Aussie Ch- wanting seed can Contact me, I'll make some envelopes with 2-3 tepin pods and 10 or so
Manzano seeds ..
