Hi Mary-Anne,
 I currently have two dozen Thai's & was wondering if you could be more
specific? Did you use vinegar or something else? Size of jar & amounts of
other ingredients? Just trying to duplicate your success 'cause some of the
Thai's have over a hundred peppers on 'em!
