Hi everybody,
tasted blueberry jalapeno jelly over the weekend and would love to try
making it myself while there's still a chance of finding fresh
blueberries. Does anybody have a recipe?
Thanks!
Margot
Hi Margo, If you get a recipe pass it along, If push comes to shove i can get Blueberries 11 months a year
here in Oz, we have a Agri-biz up the road which Chiquita bought into some yrs ago, My next door
neighbours wife is in charge of the field hands, and my wife looks after a couple of pickers children, I'm
currently eating export grade Blueberries today and can get a couple of Kilograms a day if i want..
FWIW some of the berries available during the extended growing season here are pretty tasteless but get
exported for use in Muffin mixes etc..
I onl;y like one of the many varieties grown and thats what I ask for if I want some..
