The TAM Jalapeno was bred at Texas A&M University to be mild. 
Fooled You Hybrid is being marketed as a heatless Jalapeno. 
There are some Jalapenos with heat, but none have the heat of a 
Serrano or Cayenne or Thai or Habanero.
