Mine have always turned a deep lemon yellow.. guess that is why they are called
what they are...
Harvest under full way here in CT.  My adopted Fire Department will soon have
the Apple Harvest Booth under way (first weekend in Oct.) with plenty of sauce
to adorn their Tacos.
