Thanks for confirming my taste. When that Middle Eastern store opened
several years ago, I did a tasting of the three Feta's they had and it was
no question for me that the French one was so much better (and less salty),
that it was clearly worth the price difference. Also I wouldn't be able (or
willing) to buy Feta at a grocery store or Costco again. I guess I am
spoiled - the taste difference is really huge.

So if you live in the US and are used to buy any Feta, you may want to look
for French Feta and be in for a good surprise.
