Hi Pods,

I don't know if our Canadian friends know about Chilly Chiles. An online
source for hot sauces. I, eventhough I can't order sauces, ordered their

My mother got back from her vacation to Portugal and brought me back a
surprise. Two fridge magnets, in the shape of chiles ofcourse, a bottle of
Piri Piri sauce and a bag full of Piri Piri peppers! Yummy!

Again I ask this question. How do I dry Cascabel? Do I dry them green or
ripe? Thanks mates!
