Hey,
I was at Harry's Farmers Market yesterday and found a virtual CH heaven.
They are selling an amazing assortment of dried chiles, including bird
peppers, amazon peppers, habaneros, quite a few larger types, and chipotles!
They looked to be packaged in house in a larger version container like they
package the spices in.  I also picked up a  bottle of Santa Barbara chipotle
stuffed olives.  I have not tried one yet, and honestly am not convinced of
the combination...but what the hey.
    I went to the Harry's in Marietta, but think the same things should be
available at the other stores.
