Hi C-H's,

I am sorry that I have to remind some of you to be more considerate
of what you post. This is especially important to those of us who
subscribe to receive the digest. The digest is a compilation of
recent postings to the C-H list and is set to cut off at a file size
of about 40kB. I thought I was subscribed to a list for the
discussion about plants in the genus Capsicum and so I am not pleased
to have a high percentage of the digest contain irrelevant content.

I do not use a Wintel computer and have no interest in Windows virus
problems. FWIW the owner of the list has set it to not accept
attachments or process anything other than plain ASCII text.

I am proud to be a citizen of the US and the UK, but especially in
these difficult times I do not want to have flags waved in my face.
Remember that this is an international forum for the discussion of
chile peppers and as such could and should be a refuge from the
horrors referred to.

It is bad manners to continually re-post the same messages. You
really need to learn how to cut out the relevant part of the message
you are replying to, and paste ONLY THAT PART into your reply.

The C-H's are a delightful group of people and I am looking forward
to seeing all who show up for the "Open Fields." This list is one of
the most polite, interesting, amusing and flame free that I have ever
seen. Please let us keep it that way.
