[CH] remedies

   Thanks to all who have sent me remedies for the self-
inflicted burning hands.  The problem is that the capsaicin
is gone from the surface of the skin, and soaked deep in.
I really am not interested in losing several layers of skin,
especially since it is just about calmed down.
   I had no problems with transference (no Hunan Eye or
Chilly Willy) which is why I thought I had got it beat after
the (repeated) washings.
   The leftover mash was from my Halloween Habanero Hot
Sauce.  It is based on danceswithcarp's mash recipe, which
he said "mellowed" with age.  Apparently he and I have
different definitions of the word "mellow".
   I will have some at the Open Fields for those that care to
try it.  Moderates be aware, it does have heat.  That being
said, I still expect Sandy O. to try it if she shows up, what
with her new found adventurous side.
