Hi All

My Saturday morning and your Friday afternoon. Forecast of heavy rain for 
later today and tomorrow. So I hope that it does not stretch all the way to 
Indiana :-)

Once again my disappointment at not being there to meet you all.
Especially our own "pet poet" Alex. Great picture of the Cracker barrel 
restaurant in  Kentucky.
As for "We happy few' one of the great speeches from Shakespeare and  
borrowed by Winston Churchill. Now a TV show starting here tomorrow night 
"Band of Brothers'

I have a vision of standing in the chile field reciting the whole thing to 
the fellow chile pickers :-)

Have fun and try not to get Hunan hand. To keep on topic Miss Dewi
I dry my chiles in the oven on a sheet of mesh. Cut in half. Set around 80'F 
leave the door ajar overnight. Works fine for me.
