I haven't been home for a couple of years, but I know there are hot spots
all over Texas. I will see what I can dredge up about that.

There is a restaurant in Stephenville, Texas that has some of the hottest
green sauce I've ever had the pleasure of succumbing to! When I left there,
they put it in a styrofoam cup. By the time I got home(was a 5 minute
drive), it was already beginning to leak, having melted part of the inside
of the cup! And the sauce was cold to the touch! I knew I had something
special for sure. So much so, that when I was transfered to Iceland, I took
what was left with me. :)
