Its real tough to get cool enuf to smoke without cooking the peppers. I
finally resorted to hot plate(thanks Jim M) with a cast iron pan in cooker
to acheive desired results. After a little thinking have decided even a
large cardboard box with low temp smoke source(hot plate) would work just
fine
